1001 night show in Sharm El Sheikh

If you are looking for a one of a kind evening, Fantasia offers the beautiful 1001 Night show with plenty of shows running from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM each and every night.

At the beginning of the show you will get a full feature of some of the wonders that are found in Egypt which include temples of Luxor, Aswan, the sphinx and a quick background of the history. Dancing and horse tricks along with peaceful music are also found at the beginning of the show.

Once the beginning has been completed, a new show will start which moves to the center of Fantasia. Included in this show is Egyptian belly dancing, Tannura, and Bedouin dancing. You are free to buy drinks and try some shisha from a pipe if you so desire.

At 9:15 PM we will pick you up from your hotel and drive about 20 minutes till we arrive at Alf leila wa leila sharm el sheikh, which is where the Fantasia 1001 night show takes place. The show will start at approximately 10:00 PM but before that, feel free to shop in any of the shops located in Fantasia. You will then be seated by your tour guide.

We will pick you up from the hotel at around 9:15 PM and head over to the 1001 which takes 15-20 minutes. The show starts but before the show you are free to explore the castle, take pictures, and look at souvenirs.

The 1001 Night Show at Fantasia: The King Shahriyar has become upset that the women around him are not faithful and vowed that each night he will have a new wife. In the morning, each one was set to be executed. When Scheherazade had her turn come up to be killed, she came up with a brilliant plan. Each and every night, Shahriyar would tell a story that never ended. The king was so engrossed in the stories that he would not kill her because he needed to hear how each story ended. Each night ended in suspense and thus, Shahriyar survived.

This continued for 1001 nights which in Arabic is Alf Leila We Leila.

Part 1: Sound and Light Show :

The pgoram will start with a laser light show. With the show of light starting, you will start to see Ancient Egyptian Monuments come from the shadows and begin to hear the stories from a time lost. The Sphinx will appear, as well as the pyramids and the history will overwhelm you.

Soon after a story is told about Mahmud and Leila which are visually appealing as acrobats ride horses and sing and dance. The story is about Mahmoud and his wife Leila who was taken away from him by a group of armed men. Mahmoud must rescue her and marries her so that she can have a child and live happily ever after.

Part 2: Arabic Dancing :

The second part of the show is build on a round stage where you will see shisha setups on stage. The second rendition of 1001 nights is exciting because you will see dancing of Derbishev taynura, belly dancing, folk dancing, and some competitions.

Once the show has been completed, your guide will drive you back to your hotel.
